Job Summary: Lead the team, supervise operations, ensure quality and compliance, develop talent, and support financial results and operational activities. Key Highlights: 1. Develop talent and organize restaurant routines. **Supervise shifts:** monitor production and sales, ensuring efficiency and quality for each order. **Lead and inspire the team:** guide, motivate, and ensure the best experience for customers. **Monitor financial results:** track sales, manage cash handling, and support cost and labor management. **Support operational activities:** get hands-on with the team when needed. **Organize restaurant routines:** opening, closing, daily reconciliations, and briefings. **Ensure compliance:** uphold internal policies and labor laws. **Develop talent:** train, guide, and contribute to team growth.
