Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to administer and support workload automation environments, ensuring efficient and secure execution of batch processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support for projects, improvements, upgrades, and automations * Analyst, Developer, Developer, Specialist, IT, IWS, Planning, Mid-level, Scheduler, Senior, Information Systems, Software, Information Technology, IT, TWS, Workload We are looking for a professional to administer and support workload automation environments, ensuring efficient and secure execution of batch processes in production environments. * Administer, configure, and maintain IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) environments * Create, modify, and maintain: Jobs * Job Streams * Workstations * Calendars and dependencies * Monitor and proactively manage batch workflow execution * Analyze and resolve job and critical chain failures * Perform controlled reprocessing and adjustments to the current plan * Utilize tools such as Composer, conman, and Dynamic Workload Console (DWC) * Ensure adherence to operational SLAs * Handle incidents and problems in production environments * Support project-related requests, improvements, upgrades, and automations * Document workflows, procedures, and operational runbooks ### **Requirements:** ✔ Mandatory technical requirements ✔ Solid experience with IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS / TWS) ✔ Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments (AIX, RHEL, Oracle Linux or similar) ✔ Experience with shell scripting (bash/ksh) for job creation and analysis ✔ Knowledge of log analysis, permissions, processes, and filesystems ✔ Experience in 24×7 production operations environments ### **Preferred Qualifications:** – Experience with: Dynamic Workload Console (DWC) – Windows environments and PowerShell – Database integration (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL) – Batch processes in financial systems, insurance systems, and/or regulated environments #### **Language: English** ##### **If you are passionate about conversational technology and want to directly impact user experience, join our team!** ### **Work Model: On-site — São Paulo, SP** **APPLY NOW** -----------------------
