Job Summary:
Work in Information Security, ensuring protection of data, systems, and platforms, while technically leading cybersecurity and compliance activities.

Work in the Information Security area on high-complexity activities, including monitoring process compliance with personal data protection legislation, aligned with security policies and legal requirements defined by the area, ensuring protection of applications, systems, web platforms (on-premises and cloud), and the company's sensitive data; collaborate in analyzing the effectiveness of internal data protection mechanisms; and perform other related and inherent duties. Understand best practices in information security as well as the ability to implement and maintain effective security measures.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Effectively lead daily activities technically with minimal supervision; provide periodic activity reports; and align with Information Security Management on strategic decisions that may impact the organization, information security assets, or its image with customers and suppliers.
Provide technical support to less senior analysts through instructions and answering questions;
Perform analysis and resolution of Level 2 and Level 3 tickets, including requests, events, and incidents;
Ensure incident responses are completed within correct timeframes (SLA), with appropriate approvals and documentation;
Lead technically Cybersecurity activities (monitoring, analysis, investigation, and risk mitigation), Information Security Management System (implementation of policies, processes, and work instructions), and Operations (maintaining operational tools and responding to incidents);
Lead audits, including evidence collection, process mapping, compliance verification, and information security projects;
Manage access control;
Create and review procedures/documents for all daily tasks to ensure process continuity;
Perform job-related activities in compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental regulations, and consistently use all mandatory PPE required for the role and department; responsible for immediately reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one’s own health or that of colleagues;
Perform activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information;
Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace;
Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility, promptly reporting any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed undergraduate degree;
Professional experience in the field is desirable.
