Development of customized dashboards, reports, and automations **Infosys Brasil** is seeking professionals with the profile of **Power Platform Analyst** to join our team. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields. Solid experience with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate), including advanced proficiency in DAX and tabular modeling, as well as expertise in Excel and Power Query. Ability to develop complete, integrated solutions using Figma for prototyping and functional mapping. Recommended knowledge of SharePoint, Python, RPA, and SQL for process integration and automation. Experience with SSIS, ADF (Azure Data Factory), and Databricks in robust analytical scenarios is considered a plus. Prior experience or familiarity with Vale’s corporate environment, collaborative tools, and technical standards is essential. Mandatory Requirements:* (minimum 3 years of experience): * Must have prior experience with React, Node.js, or Python for Frontend development for a new product, using Databricks * Solid experience with Power BI (advanced level), including DAX, tabular modeling, performance optimization, and workspace governance. * Practical knowledge of Power Apps (creation of front-end applications for data input and control). * Proficiency in Power Automate for creating automated workflows and integrating with internal systems. * Skill in Figma for screen design, UX/UI, and solution prototyping. * Experience in complex corporate environments, preferably with prior work at Vale or familiarity with its digital ecosystem. Desirable Requirements:* Experience with SharePoint (lists, libraries, integration with Power Platform). * Knowledge of SQL, Python, and RPA, especially for more robust integrations and automations. * Familiarity or hands-on experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Databricks for scalable data pipelines and analytical architectures. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain integrated BI and automation solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, aligned with Vale's technical guidelines. Build dashboards and reports with high usability and performance, as well as automations and applications focused on digitizing operational and managerial processes. Perform data modeling, ETL processes, and integration with SharePoint and diverse data sources (SQL, APIs, Excel, etc.). Actively participate in requirement definition with business areas, translating needs into scalable solutions. Ensure governance, standardization, versioning, and documentation of all deliverables, while also providing technical support and user training. * Build and maintain comprehensive Power Platform solutions: dashboards, reports, automations, and custom applications. * Integrate with multiple data sources and legacy systems, focusing on automation and operational efficiency. * Implement automated workflows between Vale’s collaborative tools. * Support the definition of technical and functional requirements together with business areas. * Technical documentation, versioning, solution governance, and end-user support. * Propose continuous improvements to existing processes and solutions. **Additional Information:** **Work Type:** CLT, flexible working hours. **Benefits Package:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Childcare Assistance, Life Insurance, Funeral Assistance, Medical and Dental Plans. **Career Path:** Global engagement with national and/or international clients and/or projects, opportunity for international career mobility.
