**Compensation \& Benefits Analyst**
We are seeking an analytical, organized professional with strong learning ability to support Compensation \& Benefits activities for the Americas region.
The role will involve strategic projects, data analysis, support for compensation cycles, corporate benefits, and monitoring of regional projects, with constant interaction with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and vendors.
**Key responsibilities:**
* Consolidate and analyze compensation and benefits data;
* Support merit cycles, promotions, and salary adjustments;
* Support market analyses and benchmarking;
* Organize and track projects, timelines, and status reports;
* Support relationships with consulting firms and vendors;
* Develop presentations and executive materials;
* Ensure data quality, organization, and consistency.
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in HR, Compensation, Benefits, Finance, or related areas;
* Intermediate/advanced Excel;
* Intermediate PowerPoint;
* Intermediate/advanced English or Spanish for reading, writing, and participating in meetings;
* Analytical, organized, collaborative profile with ease working in dynamic environments.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Experience in regional projects;
* Knowledge of Total Rewards;
* Intermediate Spanish.
