As a Customer Implementation Manager for the Contract Logistics produc t, you will be responsible for leading and managing contract logistics implementation projects from opportunity win through go\-live, ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and a successful handover to Operations across LAM. **Key Responsabilities:** * Lead end\-to\-end contract logistics implementation projects from opportunity win through go\-live; * Develop and manage project charters, plans, timelines, and key deliverables; * Ensure end\-to\-end operational readiness for go\-live, including systems setup (WMS/TMS/WCS), processes, testing, vendors, and KPIs; * Act as the main point of contact for customers and key internal stakeholders during implementation; * Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring on\-time and on\-budget delivery; * Monitor project risks, scope changes, and financial tracking, escalating when required; * Lead UAT, end\-to\-end testing, hyper\-care, and handover to Operations; * Apply Maersk Project Implementation methodology, governance forums, and escalation models, ensuring clear project visibility and stakeholder alignment; Actively capture and share lessons learned and best practices with Regional and Global teams. * **Requirements:** * Relevant project management experience, with proven experience managing contract logistics or warehousing implementation projects and hands\-on experience in warehouse operations. * Bachelor’s degree and postgraduate degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related fields. * Project management certification (PMP or similar) is highly desirable. * Strong project management, planning, and execution skills, * Advanced **English and Portuguese** required; **Spanish** is preferred; * Advanced Microsoft Office skills; * **Soft Skills** : High level of autonomy, sense of urgency, and ownership mindset; We are excited to see your interest in joining our team.
