Job Summary: Lead the squad technically, guiding engineers on complex solutions and ensuring delivery quality and scalability, with international technical communication. Key Highlights: 1. Technical leadership of the squad and guidance on complex solutions 2. Involvement in implementation decisions, coding standards, and code reviews 3. Support for architectural decisions and assurance of quality and scalability * Lead the squad technically, guiding engineers on complex solutions * Directly participate in implementation decisions and definition of coding standards * Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices * Drive structural initiatives (enablers) and address technical debt * Support architectural decisions jointly with architects and stakeholders * Ensure delivery quality, performance, and scalability * Define and maintain technical standards, documentation, and development guidelines * Engage in technical communication with international teams (English) Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Technology or related fields * Solid experience as a Tech Lead or in other technical leadership roles * Strong expertise in backend and frontend development * Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, and APIs * Hands-on experience with code reviews, standards, and engineering best practices * Knowledge of security (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT) * Experience in highly complex environments and digital platforms * Advanced English for professional communication
