




Job Summary: Analyst responsible for data collection, analysis, and interpretation, developing reports and dashboards, generating insights, and recommending process improvements. Conduct predictive analysis to optimize operational efficiency **Key Responsibilities** Collect, integrate, analyze, and interpret operational data from multiple sources; Develop and implement reports and dashboards to monitor operational performance KPIs and automated processes; Generate data-driven insights, develop practical actions that deliver results, and present them strategically to internal stakeholders; Perform predictive and diagnostic analysis on current processes to anticipate issues and/or recommend actions that improve performance; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities focused on optimizing operational efficiency and minimizing risk. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Intermediate or advanced programming language skills (SQL, Python, etc.); Knowledge of agile methodologies; Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Advanced English proficiency; Preferred: Basic/intermediate Spanish; Preferred: Knowledge of the insurance industry.
