Develop, integrate, and maintain Solute RH’s systems and digital products—including internal platforms and sales pages—to ensure scalability, usability, and operational efficiency for the business and customers. * Gather technical and business requirements from consulting, commercial, and marketing teams through meetings and process analyses to continuously transform operational needs into digital solutions. * Convert existing tools in Excel, Word, and Drive into proprietary systems by structuring logic, databases, and workflows to standardize and scale customer deliveries on an ongoing basis. * Develop, test, deploy, and document internal systems and digital products, ensuring functionality, security, and clarity of use—with weekly deliveries and monthly enhancements. * Create, edit, and maintain sales pages for courses, mentorships, and consulting services using development tools or page builders to ensure conversion, clear value proposition, and alignment with commercial strategy—per launches and demand. * Perform technical adjustments to sales pages—including integrations, forms, automations, and performance improvements—to ensure stability and conversion on an ongoing basis. * Ensure usability, user experience, and visual consistency across systems and pages to facilitate usage by customers and internal teams, with periodic reviews. * Maintain and enhance existing systems—fixing bugs, improving processes, and adapting solutions to new business demands on an ongoing basis. * Provide technical support to consultants and internal teams, guiding proper use of developed tools whenever required. * Safeguard company assets by identifying maintenance needs and requesting repairs. * Support management by reporting problems and irregularities related to the area of responsibility. * Attend trainings and meetings as convened by the company. * Perform other related tasks as directed by management.
