Job Description: Responsible for ensuring efficient supply chain replenishment, including defining replenishment parameters (regular and seasonal), inventory and stockout control, and supporting procurement processes—ensuring product availability and alignment with the company’s commercial strategies. Main Responsibilities: * Define and review replenishment parameters (regular and seasonal) based on sales history and store demand * Plan and monitor promotional item replenishment in coordination with Marketing, Pricing, Commercial, and Operations teams * Participate in procurement processes, supporting negotiations, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up * Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking * Generate and analyze performance reports (inventory, sales, stockouts) to support decision-making * Define replenishment strategies for check stands and terminals in collaboration with partner departments * Work closely with stores to ensure parameter compliance and identify improvement opportunities * Propose continuous improvements to replenishment and procurement processes Desirable: * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree; * Relevant experience in the role; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
