The role’s mission is to drive sustainable growth for Softys Professional by transforming data into strategic actions that generate scalable sales results and support talent development in the area. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the development and execution of B2B growth marketing strategies, with focus across the entire funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion). * Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel conversion funnels, leveraging A/B testing, performance analysis, and continuous iteration to maximize results. * Work cross-functionally, actively collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, BI, and Commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment and scalability of initiatives. * Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics, building dashboards and conducting executive review rituals. * Apply agile methodologies, fostering a culture of experimentation and a mindset of continuous improvement within the team. * Integrate commercial intelligence and market data to inform strategic decisions, prioritize initiatives, and maximize Return on Investment (ROI). * Actively support the development of Growth-area talents, serving as a technical and strategic reference, providing career guidance, assisting in decision-making, and contributing to the professional growth of analysts and interns. **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Proven experience in B2B Growth Marketing, with focus on acquisition and retention strategies. * Advanced Excel skills for handling and analyzing large volumes of data. * Experience with CRM (e.g., Pipedrive or similar) and marketing automation tools. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and an experimentation culture (A/B testing). * Basic/intermediate knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP). **Nice-to-Haves:** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, or related areas. * Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis (SQL, Python, R). * Experience with market intelligence and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo). * Experience in companies within the professional hygiene and cleaning sector or in large-scale B2B markets.
