Your mission is to ensure commercial process efficiency and provide critical analyses that underpin leadership’s strategic decisions, as well as drive continuous improvements. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Prepare and disseminate the weekly commercial production forecast based on CRM proposal extractions and anchored by sales funnel conversion criteria; * Support monthly new sales closing, acting as mediator among involved departments; * Safeguard variable compensation models and incentive campaigns, serving as HR’s focal point in defining, communicating, maintaining, and creating such models; * Ensure business model applicability by analyzing and documenting rules for each offering based on commercial proposals and contracts; * Ensure governance and integrity of billing processes. Develop communications and training materials, and guide the commercial team; * Measure and incentivize commercial team adherence to revenue assurance procedures through performance reports; * Ensure continuity of activities under your responsibility through process automation and documentation; * Prepare and disseminate executive reports for decision-making using dashboards, spreadsheets, and executive presentations; * Develop metrics to improve team delivery quality, balancing productivity dispersion and fixed versus variable compensation; * Design target distribution rationale for teams according to variable compensation models, capacity, level, business segment, and business potential. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, and Data Studio; * Experience conducting commercial analyses for commercial teams; * Strong communication skills (able to bridge technical and executive audiences), high energy to handle commercial pace, and resilience during closing periods; * Availability to work in hybrid mode — 3 days per week onsite.
