Post-sales support and customer retention A recruitment and selection company is seeking an Optical Consultant in São Paulo (East Zone). **Responsibilities:** You will work for an optical company specializing in the sale of prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses, and lenses, performing the following duties: In-person customer service, identifying visual and aesthetic needs; advising on frame, lens, and treatment selection (e.g., anti-reflective, UV protection); interpreting ophthalmic prescriptions; conducting sales and product negotiations; tracking sales goals and commercial results; organizing store layout and product displays; providing post-sales support (adjustments, exchanges, and customer retention); participating in corporate initiatives and projects as required. Position based in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as an Optics Specialist, Lens Consultant, Optics Analyst, or Optics Technician may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
