We are looking for a professional to join our Placement team, responsible for evaluating and negotiating the placement of risks and policies with insurance companies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support risk placement in the insurance market by preparing all necessary documentation regarding the risk to be placed (including client information, desired coverage type, and risk conditions), aiming to obtain the best possible terms for insurable and/or non-insurable benefit coverage. * Participate in market research by obtaining proposals from various insurance companies to understand offered coverages, conditions, and costs, enabling comparative analysis between collected proposals and the client company’s current insurance policy. * Support the development of the accredited provider network by presenting coverage regions and available service providers, allowing the client to assess whether switching benefit plans is more advantageous. * Support client presentations of insurance options by explaining differences among proposals, advantages and disadvantages of each, and recommending the optimal choice based on performed analysis, thereby determining the best option in terms of cost-effectiveness and alignment with client needs. * Interact with the insurance market by contacting insurance companies to secure the best conditions, thus offering advantageous options to client companies and ensuring our offerings stand out against competitors. * Support client presentations of insurance options by explaining differences among proposals, advantages and disadvantages of each, and recommending the optimal choice based on performed analysis, thereby determining the best option in terms of cost-effectiveness and alignment with client needs. * Support implementation of insurable and/or non-insurable benefits contracts (Implementation and/or Appointment), executing all necessary steps for integration and implementation to ensure all processes occur accurately and appropriately. * Ensure data and information consistency and accuracy by analyzing, verifying, and comparing documents and registration information to identify and correct potential inconsistencies. * Validate documents by verifying compliance of commercial proposals and beneficiary documents to guarantee effective validity and coverage of the contract (Health, Dental, and Life), as well as fulfillment of business requirements. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as needed and/or required by the department, whenever necessary, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development as a learning opportunity aligned with departmental needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related fields; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of plans and commercialization conditions; * Experience in the area of insurable and non-insurable benefits analysis; * Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, strong verbal and written communication skills, resilience, organization, and teamwork. **Additional Information** * Daycare allowance * Meal allowance or food voucher * Health and dental plans * Life insurance * Pass support * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Wellhub * Wellz * Birthday day off * Exclusive discounts for purchasing insurance and other services * Transportation voucher (VT) **Here, you define the pace of your growth and the scale of your achievements.** MDS is one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in Brazil, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
