We’re looking for an **Inside Sales** professional to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct proactive telephone-based sales to inactive B2B customers (reactivation of inactive customers). * Manage follow\-up on orders and proposals. * Track the order journey from billing through delivery. * Ensure close, consultative relationships with B2B customers. * Achieve commercial targets. * Maintain an organized and up-to-date customer service pipeline. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Knowledge of B2B processes: credit, pricing, payment terms, price lists, ordering. * Organizational skills to manage a high volume of customers. * Familiarity with Vtex and Protheus systems. * Sales training or certification is desirable.
