We are here to: **See beyond and accomplish more.** Join us and **\#Timbro**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Oversee the entire import process—from origin pickup to final closure; * Perform analysis and verification of operational and customs documentation; * Manage routines at ports and airports in São Paulo (Santos, Campinas, and Guarulhos) and other states (ES, PR, RJ, SC, and PE); * Issue licenses (LI and LPCO), certificates of origin, and other documents with competent authorities; * Monitor cargo flow: factory pickup, container stuffing, unitization, and preparation for shipment; * Track shipments across maritime, air, and road transportation modes; * Verify complete process documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificates, shipping instructions, LI/LPCO, DI/DUIMP, etc.); * Control and organize operational expenses for accurate billing; * Monitor customs clearance with customs brokers, the Federal Revenue Service, and approving agencies; * Conduct operational and documentary closure of import processes. **** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed degree in International Trade, International Relations, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Solid experience in closing import processes; * Familiarity with customs procedures at Brazilian ports and airports; * Advanced English; Mandarin will be considered a plus. * **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Transportation allowance * Meal or food voucher * Medical and dental assistance * Life insurance * Profit-sharing program * Total Pass * SESC partnership * Language learning assistance * Private pension plan **Other Information:** * Office location: Av.
