The role’s mission is to convert qualified leads (MQLs) into genuine sales opportunities (SQLs), ensuring only high-revenue-potential and strategically aligned deals advance through the funnel. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and provide specialized follow-up for MQLs generated by SDRs. * Conduct diagnostic and in-depth qualification meetings focused on consultative sales. * Validate critical closing criteria: minimum deal size (> R$15k), identification of decision-maker, clear pain point, and purchase timeline. * Classify and convert leads into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads). * Ensure strategic alignment and structured handoff to the Commercial team. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM (Pipedrive) records with clear funnel visibility. * Serve as a feedback bridge between Growth and Sales to continuously refine the ICP. * Monitor KPIs: MQL-to-SQL conversion rate, Commercial acceptance rate, opportunity quality, and average qualification time. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed (Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields) * Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or B2B commercial roles. * Proficiency in CRM Pipedrive for pipeline management. * Basic knowledge of SAP. * Intermediate Excel (database analysis and metric tracking). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, BANT, GPCT, etc.). * Experience in professional hygiene & cleaning or corporate enterprise accounts. * Experience in Commercial Intelligence or Growth teams. * Courses or certifications in Inbound Marketing, Sales, or Growth Hacking.
