Resolve technical issues directly at client locations. Conduct preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. Install and configure devices and systems as required: Manage service tickets and appointment scheduling. Position requires on-site work in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as External Maintenance Technician, Technical Support Specialist, Field Technician, or Field Support Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
