




**Company focused on personal hygiene, wellness, and self-care, offering practical and innovative products.** **We are seeking a dynamic professional with strategic vision and results orientation to work in a 360° capacity within the commercial area, supporting the team across all facets of the sales process and customer relationship management.** Responsibilities and duties: Register new customers fully in the system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Receive, process, and enter orders into the management system, ensuring correct execution. Verify order compliance prior to billing and correct inconsistencies. Monitor cancellations and refunds, ensuring process fluidity. Handle post-sales requests, providing high-quality customer support. Track order status with Finance and Logistics departments, ensuring deadlines and compliance. Resolve order issues and delays promptly. Review and complete registration forms accurately. Organize and archive documents and forms. Process billing for orders originating from marketplaces. Provide support to Commercial Representatives (RCA's) and perform administrative tasks related to marketplace platforms. Support online sales operations and post-sales processes (returns, exchanges, etc.). Assist the demand team with scheduling visits and telesales actions to reactivate inactive customers. Open and monitor tickets to resolve administrative and operational issues. Maintain organized and accessible records, ensuring process efficiency. Requirements: * Prior experience in the commercial area (advantage: experience serving distributors); Analytical skills to interpret sales data and consumer behavior. Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales. Proficiency in basic tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp Web, CRM/ERP systems). Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Sheets. Ability to prepare reports and presentations clearly and accurately. Experience or familiarity with personal hygiene or cosmetics brands is desirable. Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Benefits: * Salary range: To be agreed upon. * Work location: São Paulo (Avenida Paulista region). * On-site work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 18:00 h, and Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 h (one-hour lunch break). * Transportation allowance: based on usage. * Meal voucher: BRL 25.00 per day. * Health insurance: Optional, SulAmerica plan (company covers 75% of the plan cost). * Gympass and Conexa Saúde. * Start date: January/2026
