Organize and manage HR department documents and files. Conduct new employee onboarding. Manage and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Collaborate with accounting and assist in payroll closing. Participate in candidate recruitment and selection. Develop and implement training and development programs. Monitor and participate in performance evaluation processes.
