Apply knowledge of labor legislation and the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) to ensure compliance, prevent legal disputes, and safeguard employee well-being. Operate HR systems (HRIS/ERP), HR management software, payroll systems, and recruitment platforms. Utilize advanced Excel for data organization, analysis, and report generation. Analyze HR data and metrics (People Analytics) to support strategic decision-making. Apply recruitment and selection (R&S) techniques to attract, identify, and hire top talent. Manage benefits and compensation, including calculation, administration, and job classification policies. Implement Occupational Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate closely with the accounting firm.
