**Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:**
* End-to-end process monitoring;
* Interface with client and Timbro suppliers;
* Analysis and verification of import documents;
* Expense calculation for billing;
* Monitoring shipment readiness and estimated departure dates;
* International freight quotation and shipment authorization;
* Tax classification (NCM) and product description validation;
* Assessment of the need for an Import License (LI);
* Management of expense payments and process releases;
* Tracking LI approval by INMETRO and other regulatory authorities;
* Guidance and monitoring of nationalization procedures;
* Tracking DI registration and customs clearance.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:**
* Completed degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Experience in end-to-end processes;
* Familiarity with the Conexos system will be considered a plus.

**Other Information:**
* Office location: Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima \- Vila Olímpia / São Paulo;
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1.5-hour break;
* **3-month contract, extendable for an additional 3 months**.
