Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Controls Analyst to conduct internal audits, manage risks, and drive continuous process improvement, thereby strengthening our team. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on risk management and control methodologies **Internal Controls Analyst** We are looking for an **Internal Controls Analyst** to strengthen our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, audits, and risk management. **Job Responsibilities** Conduct **Internal Audits** in accordance with the Head Office Work Plan; Monitor and support the **implementation of action plans** in collaboration with departments; Handle tasks outlined in the Internal Controls Work Plan, including: Monitoring of **Risk Indicators**; Execution of **BCP (Business Contingency Plan)** tests; Execution of **BIA (Business Impact Analysis)** tests. **Preferred Academic Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in **Administration**, **Accounting Sciences**, **Economics**, **Production Engineering**, **Risk Management**, **Auditing**, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in **Internal Controls**, **Auditing**, **Governance**, **Compliance**, or **Risks** is a plus. **Technical Competencies (Hard Skills)** Knowledge of **Internal Auditing** and control methodologies; Familiarity with **risk management**, BCP, and BIA; Knowledge of frameworks such as **COSO**, **ISO 31000** (a plus); Ability to read and interpret policies, standards, and procedures; Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; Experience in process and internal controls analysis. **Behavioral Skills and Competencies (Soft Skills)** Analytical mindset with results orientation; Organized and detail-oriented; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Inquisitive attitude and critical thinking; Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks; Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse departments; Proactivity and autonomy. **Interested candidates, contact us via WhatsApp:** **(41) 98889-2227** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3,500.00 – R$5,971.68 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Batel, PR
