Document verification and validation **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Responsible for performing operational and administrative tasks and supporting credit department routines through controls, recordkeeping, provision of requested data and information, document verification and validation, aiming to streamline and optimize credit approval processes, meet deadlines, and comply with regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for conducting document verification and validation. Support clarification of questions and provide guidance regarding system functionality, issue resolutions, internal notices, and circular letters. Perform credit proposal screening, preparation, and verification of instruments required to formalize credit operations. Provide support for operational requests. Conduct contract verification with assistance from provided documents, ensuring alignment with the Credit Manual and Registration Manual to prevent losses. Provide access to regulatory documents and other publications necessary for process execution. Issue contracts. Maintain updated and organized files containing documents, correspondence, contracts, and other paperwork. Assist Analysts. Support branch operations by providing assistance in credit-related activities. Analyze and update credit department policies and regulations. **Requirements:** Job Requirements: Education: Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with document analysis, credit, financial products and services, and financial institutions. Knowledge of credit guarantees. Organized, dynamic, and proactive.
