We seek a committed professional with leadership qualities and strategic vision who wants to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on people development. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage software development projects from conception through final delivery. * Plan project execution and monitor scope, timelines, costs, and delivery quality. * Identify risks and propose actions to mitigate impacts and correct deviations. * Define development standards, methodologies, and processes, ensuring adherence to best practices. * Manage technology service operations and handle demands from involved departments. * Coordinate teams across Development, Projects, and Data Science departments. * Assign team leads and resources to each project, and manage technical and human resources. * Oversee system creation, development, testing, validation, deployment, and training. * Ensure technical quality of solutions and provide technical guidance and information to teams. * Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies. * Evaluate employee performance, monitor process compliance, and provide periodic feedback. * Report results and KPIs to the Executive Board. * Participate in the Management and Compliance Committee, contributing to the company’s strategic decisions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Technology, Project Management, Software Engineering, or related areas. * Experience managing software development teams. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management. * Experience developing web, desktop, and mobile systems. * Knowledge of databases and system architecture. * Analytical mindset, strategic leadership, and strong organizational and decision-making skills.
