Job Summary: The Junior RPA Automation Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Participation in digital transformation projects About the Position The Junior RPA Automation Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize execution time for repetitive tasks within the organization. Requirements * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields * Basic knowledge of programming logic * Basic knowledge of Power Automate * Basic knowledge of Excel and data manipulation * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation Responsibilities * Map and document processes eligible for automation * Conduct testing and validation of developed automations * Provide production support and maintenance for deployed robots * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization * Collaborate with business units to understand requirements * Document solutions and create technical manuals * Participate in digital transformation projects Desirable Qualifications * Certification in RPA tools * Knowledge of Python * Experience with SQL and databases * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Prior experience in process automation (internships or projects) Knowledge of OCR and document processing **Benefits:** Competitive salary, health insurance, dental insurance, meal allowance, transportation or mobility allowance, tuition discounts, and career development plan. **Location:** Campo Grande \- Cariacica/ES **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM.
