**Customization Developer** **** Also known as “Programmer Analyst”, this professional is responsible for executing specific tasks in software projects, focusing on customizations, maintenance, and continuous system improvements. Must be capable of understanding and adapting code developed by other professionals, as well as creating new routines that efficiently meet business rules. Attention to detail, organization, and planning are essential, always aiming to deliver high-quality, clear, and easily maintainable solutions. This professional constantly interacts with team leaders, colleagues, and occasionally with clients. Therefore, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively are required, recognizing that everyone contributes toward a shared objective. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Analysis and Definition of Requirements** Participates in team meetings to understand, discuss, and prioritize requirements according to the needs of requesting departments. Conducts technical analysis of requirements and seeks additional information from support teams when necessary to fully understand the requirements. **Development and Testing** Develops solutions in Delphi according to technical analysis, adhering to business rules and programming best practices. Performs tests and simulations to ensure correct functionality of implemented features. **Delivery and Validation** Compiles test versions and forwards them for validation, ensuring they are correctly versioned and documented. **Technical Support** Provides technical support to the team regarding system-related questions, assists in developing customized reports per client requests, and performs other activities as required by the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid knowledge of SQL, including Triggers and Stored Procedures. * Experience with Oracle and Firebird databases. * Knowledge of ETL processes, especially using Pentaho. * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with familiarity in front-end frameworks; Angular 8+ is a plus. * Experience with version control systems such as Git. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Delphi is considered a plus. **Additional Information** **Benefits of Being a Viasofter!** Meal allowance or food voucher – your choice!
