




Job Summary: Professional to handle full-cycle HR Payroll operations, ensuring legal compliance and providing support to employees and management. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with eSocial and labor legislation **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT What You Will Do: Process full payroll (salaries, labor charges, and benefits) Calculate and verify FGTS, INSS, income tax (IR), and overtime hours Manage vacations (scheduling, calculations, and documentation) Monitor electronic timekeeping, hour banks, and leaves of absence Execute hiring, termination, and monthly personnel movements Ensure accurate submission of information to eSocial Handle tax forms and legal obligations within deadlines (no last-minute stress) Interface with Finance (account postings and follow-ups) Support employees and provide timely assistance to prevent complications Support management with data and reports for decision-making **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (completed or in progress) ??
