Supply management and support for departmental activities Provide support for departmental administrative routines, managing records, documentation, and files within your area of responsibility, performing daily procedures to contribute to the proper execution of activities. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Organize documentation and manage physical and electronic files; * Complete tax payment forms and payment requests for the Accounting/Tax department; * Provide and complete information for management reports to leadership; * Contact service providers to obtain and complete tax payment forms and payment requests for the Accounting/Tax department; * Deliver high-quality, efficient, and friendly service to internal and external customers, either in person or by telephone. * Manage and request supplies; * Perform departmental/company tasks such as purchasing, supply management, inventory control, copy review, form completion, spreadsheets, etc. * Prepare, verify, and send/deliver correspondence and documents. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in this role **Additional Information:** * Strong communication skills * Organized * Proactive Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
