Job Summary:
A professional to coordinate and manage projects, from execution and closure through financial monitoring and risk control, ensuring compliance and completion of all phases.

* Coordinate projects together with project managers during execution and closure processes;
* Request creation and modification of projects and contracts, including input of project activities, budgets, and revenues into the company's financial system (PeopleSoft);
* Compile supporting documentation (back\-up) to generate invoices as required for revenue recognition;
* Maintain AR (Aging Report) per project for all issued invoices, including payment status and pending invoices to be issued;
* Monitor and coordinate AR positions related to billed and unbilled projects, thereby maintaining the department's DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) target;
* Support the project manager in maintaining project-related document records and other matters as needed;
* Enforce internal controls. Create and maintain accurate and appropriate documentation during execution of project-related processes;
* Ensure all project phases are completed—from setup and testing through equipment delivery to the customer;
* Identify potential project risks and develop preventive strategies;
* Plan, monitor, and administer projects by analyzing relevant documentation, ensuring contractual obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs, and timelines are met;
* Consolidate and disseminate project information (diagrams, schedules, activity descriptions, cost sheets, reports, etc.) to support product development after each phase;
* Coordinate project stages and compare them against the proposed scope (schedule, costs, project redefinitions, etc.), verifying that the project budget aligns with the commercial proposal specifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration/Engineering or related fields.
MBA in Project Management is desirable.
