**What it means to be a Junior External Sales Representative (6 hours):**
* External work from Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
* Conduct external prospecting for new clients (door-to-door) along predefined routes, expanding our partner base.
* Present and negotiate Stone’s financial services and solutions.
* Actively participate in meetings for goal alignment, route planning, and knowledge sharing with the team.
* Deliver consultative, high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
**What we expect from you:**
* Completed high school education
* Communicative, dynamic profile with initiative
* Motivation to grow and develop within the commercial area

Fixed salary: R$1,700.00 + uncapped variable compensation (initial average of R$1,500.00)
