Become Sangue Laranja. **About the Role and Mission** You will join the **Interpag Technology Team**, embedded within Inter, developing and evolving backend systems that support critical operations—with a focus on quality, scalability, performance, and security. **On a day\-to\-day basis, you will:** * Develop and maintain robust backend applications in Java 17\+ * Participate in architectural decisions and definition of technical standards within the team * Ensure quality, security, and performance of production systems * Work with AWS cloud and integrations via RESTful APIs * Apply microservices architecture, messaging, and observability practices * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment * Provide technical guidance to less experienced developers facing complex challenges * Use AI tools autonomously and critically throughout the development workflow What We’re Looking For **Required:** * Solid backend Java 17\+ development experience (5\+ years) * Proficiency in Spring Boot and/or Micronaut * Experience designing, implementing, and consuming RESTful APIs * Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) * Experience writing unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito) * Familiarity with Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins) * Active use of AI tools applied to development—such as Cursor, Kiro, Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, or similar * Strong emphasis on quality, observability, and performance **Preferred:** * Production experience with microservices architecture * Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS) * Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) * AWS knowledge (S3, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache) * Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration * Observability expertise (structured logging, metrics, tracing) * Cloud certifications **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board program and nursing room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self\-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and upskilling programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial conversation to align expectations about the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when applicable); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer);
