Come join our team as an **Institutional Relations Analyst!** **Key Responsibilities** * Support the project team in negotiations, public hearings, meetings, and other related activities; * Manage stakeholder communication processes, ensuring smooth information flow; * Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders; * Receive all requests related to complaints, suggestions, sponsorship inquiries, and donations; * Implement internal marketing initiatives and support Corporate Communications across Operational Units; * Support procurement processes for products and services within the area; * Conduct photographic coverage of events and media-related assignments; * Attend CODEMA meetings and other regional entities; * Organize and execute events at Operational Units, including commemorative dates and other Corporate Communications schedules; * Represent the company at local events; * Perform other duties inherent to the position, as determined by the supervisor. **Requirements** * Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, or Social Communication * Experience in community and institutional relations * Intermediate English proficiency preferred * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Brazilian Driver's License Category B **Competencies** * Serve as a Jaguar brand ambassador * Embody our core values * Results-oriented mindset * Clear and assertive communication * Strong interpersonal skills * Critical thinking * Flexibility and adaptability to change
