




Job Description We are looking for professionals to work as Customer Service Representatives at CEMIG, providing direct support to the company's customers. The role involves inbound and/or in-person customer service, focusing on excellence, courtesy, and efficiency in answering questions, registering requests, conducting negotiations, and providing guidance on electricity services. Responsibilities Provide customer service via phone, in person, or through digital channels; Answer questions regarding bills, consumption, disconnections and reconnections, duplicate bills, and other services offered by CEMIG; Record service interactions in internal systems; Redirect requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements High school diploma; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Previous customer service experience is a plus.
