We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent, and authentic in everything we do.**Job Description****Internal and External Audits*** Assist in planning the annual internal IMS audit schedule. * Support internal and external audits according to applicable standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 50001, and the SHE Protocol). * Track non-conformities and corrective action plans. **Strategic Indicators (KPIs)*** Collect, consolidate, and monitor Safety, Environment, Quality, and Energy Efficiency indicators. * Support performance analysis and trend identification, root cause analysis, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Maintain updated dashboards or controls for periodic reporting. **Legal Requirements Management*** Support continuous monitoring of applicable legal requirements for Environment and Occupational Safety, as well as other relevant requirements. * Assist in updating the legal requirements matrix. * Participate in legal compliance audits and track resulting actions. **SHE – Protocol Support and Implementation*** Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the SHE Protocol, complete the Assessment, and support audits. * Support campaigns, programs, and initiatives promoting Safety and Environmental, Quality, and Energy Efficiency culture. * Organize meetings, trainings, workshops, and IMS performance reviews. * Monitor action plans and support communication of results. * Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the Duty of Care (a document addressing individual and collective commitment to Health and Safety) related to this role. **Requirements:*** Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety Engineering, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety Technology, or Quality Technology. * Basic knowledge of IMS standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001; ISO 9001 knowledge desirable; familiarity with ISO 50001\). * Basic understanding of environmental and occupational safety legal requirements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite. * Familiarity with indicator management, dashboards, and reporting. * Ability to read and interpret procedures, standards, and legislation. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Collaborative work across departments. * Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and develop.
