Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Mission** You will join our Components team and serve as a technical reference, actively leading and contributing to software architecture decisions to build scalable and sustainable solutions. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Developing and evolving new features for our Super App using best practices for iOS * Ensuring product performance, security, and reliability—identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs in a highly critical environment * Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders (Product Managers, Designers, etc.) to understand business needs and propose efficient technical solutions * Participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement of our development processes, raising delivery quality standards * Leading and actively contributing to discussions on software architecture (Clean Architecture, MVVM, Server\-Driven UI) to build scalable and sustainable solutions * Supporting applications by monitoring operational health and ensuring the best experience for millions of customers **What We’re Looking For?** * 7\+ years of experience * Proficiency in Swift, with mastery of the latest language versions * Familiarity with Swift Package Manager * Experience with MVVM and MVVM\-C design patterns * Ability to select the optimal architecture based on the problem, considering trade\-offs, scalability, testability, and maintainability * Daily application and understanding of SOLID principles * Expertise in code componentization and modularization for large\-scale projects * Mastery of Auto Layout, View Code (UIKit), and SwiftUI * Ability to build responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces * Deep understanding of UIKit’s lifecycle and visual performance optimizations * Solid knowledge of GCD (Grand Central Dispatch), DispatchGroup, DispatchQueue, concurrency, and thread safety issues * Preferably familiar with Swift’s new Concurrency model (async/await) * Experience managing multiple concurrent asynchronous calls using async let, TaskGroup, etc. * Correct use of MainActor to isolate UI\-related calls * Understanding of benefits and precautions when mixing GCD and Swift Concurrency * Experience with performance profiling and tools such as Instruments * Ability to debug complex performance issues in production apps * Writing unit tests, UI tests, and snapshot tests * Knowledge of strategies such as TDD and BDD * Practice with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) * Familiarity with Fastlane, GitLab CI, or similar tools * Experience automating builds, deployments, and code analysis * Solid experience consuming REST APIs, handling errors, and modeling data * Knowledge of Remote Configs and Feature Toggles / Flags * Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics), A/B testing, and metric monitoring * Use of crash reporting tools such as Crashlytics * Adherence to Clean Code practices and design patterns * Use of static analysis tools such as SwiftLint * Culture of Code Review, technical feedback, and continuous improvement * Product mindset: understanding and contributing to the business impact of technology * Proactivity and ownership * Participation in mentoring, code dojos, and knowledge sharing **Benefits** * Meal Allowance and Food Voucher * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended Parental Leave * Childcare/Babysitting Assistance and/or Assistance for Children with Disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self\-care services at exclusive rates, decompression area, games, and mini golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening * Screening call (initial discussion to align expectations about the role) * Assessments * Interview with Talent Team * Technical test (if required) * Interview with leadership * Job offer (Offer) **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
