Ensure compliance with labor legislation **Main Responsibilities of this Role:** * Process and verify payroll, statutory charges, and ancillary obligations; * Handle employee onboarding, terminations, vacation requests, and leaves of absence; * Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation; * Monitor collective bargaining agreements and legal updates; * Serve and advise clients on HR administrative procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation (preferred); * Solid experience in HR department routines, especially payroll processing, labor statutory charges, onboarding, terminations, electronic timekeeping, and eSocial; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Experience with the Domínio system (preferred).
