By assuming the role of **Senior Systems Analyst** at Afya, your primary objective will be to **ensure the support, evolution, and integration of the company’s educational systems, promoting operational stability, efficiency, and digital transformation**. You will work within the **Information Technology** area, under the **Technology & Operations** directorate, and become part of a multidisciplinary team, interacting daily with colleagues from the **Academic, Infrastructure, and Corporate Systems** teams. **All our opportunities are open to people with disabilities (PwD) and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Responsibilities and Duties** **HOW YOU WILL TRANSFORM HEALTHCARE DAILY:** --------------------------------------------------- * **Support**, evolve, and implement systems dedicated to the educational ecosystem; * **Ensure** operational stability and continuity of existing systems; * **Lead** continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives; * **Oversee** implementations and integrations of new solutions and systems; * **Map** business-area needs and align technological solutions with the company’s strategies; * **Analyze** functional and technical requirements for system enhancements; * **Develop** and monitor system integrations via Web Services; * **Execute** database queries and analyses using SQL; * **Lead** multidisciplinary projects and coordinate internal and third-party technical teams or partners; * **Contribute** to architecture evolution, process automation, and operational efficiency of systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE SEEK (though we do not expect a single candidate to meet all requirements):** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Completed undergraduate degree** in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * **Proven experience supporting and implementing educational systems**; * **Experience with TOTVS RM modules**; * **Knowledge of system integration**, routine automation, and requirement analysis; * **Experience with SQL** for querying, data extraction, and analysis; * **Knowledge of integrations via Web Services**; * **Experience in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects**; * **Ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and manage technical teams**; * **Analytical profile, with business vision and results orientation**; * **Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to collaborate across diverse areas**; * **Preferred qualification:** experience in educational institutions or complex educational ecosystems. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** --------------- **PEOPLE ARE OUR GREATEST ASSET**, which is why we offer benefits and partnerships to our team.
