Job Mission Responsible for executing channel- and region-specific strategies (“Success Photography”) at assigned retail outlets, ensuring proper exposure and organization of our products with customers, as well as building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and engaging effectively with all store stakeholders to maximize business with customers. Key Responsibilities Visit store sales floors to identify execution opportunities, including primary shelf replenishment, refrigerator stocking, and additional display locations. Organize inventory to ensure all products listed in the store network maintain minimum stock levels aligned with turnover and delivery frequency—keeping stock organized and clean. Retrieve products to fulfill identified opportunities during visits and restock primary shelves, refrigerators, and additional display locations in an organized manner using clean products. Ensure all displayed products comply with HEINEKEN BRASIL’s “Success Photography” standards, and whenever possible, secure new additional display locations and increased shelf space. Monitor virtual inventory by tracking both system and physical stock levels, and when necessary, recommend purchase orders to the store; Perform preventive stock rotation applying the “first expiry, first out” principle across all inventory, additional display locations, and shelves. Ensure all products on display in-store are correctly priced per HEINEKEN BRASIL’s defined pricing policy—whether at primary or secondary sales points; Execute all requested campaigns using merchandising materials, racks, permanent material installations, etc. Conduct in-store evaluation surveys to drive improvements or resolve any deviations from HEINEKEN BRASIL’s standard execution practices.
