Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. **Join us as a** **Maintenance Planner** **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** Ensure **maximum reliability, availability, and performance of factory assets**, through structured planning of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with Unilever’s safety, quality, and sustainability standards. Collaborate integrally with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to **reduce unplanned downtime**, optimize resources, monitor key indicators (MTBF, MTTR, Backlog, Plan Compliance), and foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting operational excellence and achievement of factory productivity targets. We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collaborate with the Maintenance Coordinator to implement the Maintenance Management System; * Drive continuous improvement of SHE & Q Management Systems (Standard Framework) for the Unilever Garanhuns Factory, and all corporate policies, translating them into procedures and behaviors to be followed by all employees; * Ensure application of PSM – Combustible Dust concepts in production and process activities; * Participate in risk analyses (Risk Analysis, HAZOP, DHA, What-If) with SHE support; * Responsible for Planning, Scheduling, and Control of Maintenance for assigned areas, based on Work Orders and pre-defined and validated resources, aligned with interfacing maintenance activity areas; * Proactively plan CBM/TBM maintenance, ensuring alignment with requirements for supply of resources, materials, and services needed for execution; * Manage Work Order execution KPIs, reporting plan compliance rates, emergency SHE tags, and Kaizens; * Improve site maintenance plans; * Responsible for detailing Corrective Work Orders and the Maintenance Plan with all required resources and data, including procedures for execution; * Maintain updated master data and maintenance history; * Interface between warehouse and assigned areas, placing purchase requests when necessary or upon request from the Maintenance Coordinator, with prior validation of service budgets or procurement budgets for parts to be used in equipment maintenance; * Manage spare parts not held in inventory; * Monitor daily maintenance costs for assigned areas, breaking down and analyzing by service type and parts consumption, regularly reporting major cost impacts to the Maintenance Coordinator; * Support the Maintenance Coordinator with inputs from respective areas to build multi-year expenditure planning; * Stratify top maintenance expenditures by area, machine, and component; * Participate in production planning meetings, providing maintenance inputs from the assigned area; * Lead the weekly maintenance/manufacturing alignment meeting; * Participate with the technical team in Failure Analysis for the assigned area; * Review and/or incorporate Failure Analysis findings (EWO) into Maintenance Plans. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. * Proven experience with packaging machinery. * Proven experience in maintenance; * Strong interpersonal skills; **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Ability to lead indirectly and influence in multicultural environments. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Garanhuns Factory – PE, full-time, administrative hours, on-site; At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.
