Full management from planting to harvest OPPORTUNITY: AGRICULTURAL COORDINATOR – JURUMIRIM NEIGHBORHOOD JURUMIRIM \- TATUÍ\- SP We are seeking a technical and proactive professional to lead our field teams. If you enjoy combining field practice with data intelligence, this position is for you. Location: JURUMIRIM NEIGHBORHOOD Main Challenges: Full Management: Coordinate and support the team from planting through to harvest. Field Intelligence: Conduct research, data collection, and field experiments to increase productivity. Planning: Develop planting schedules and organize tray seeding. Technical Care: Supervise pruning, pest and disease control, and other agronomic practices. What We Seek: Education: Currently pursuing Technical Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering. Experience in team and operational process management for "Green Area". Analytical and organized profile. Salary: To be negotiated (competitive with regional market standards).
