Description

Job Summary: Controls access of people and vehicles, releases keys, monitors equipment, and activates alarms to ensure security and proper flow within the institution. Key Highlights: 1. Activation of security alarms Responsibilities: * Control access of individuals, identifying employees, suppliers, and/or visitors according to the pre-established circulation flow, in order to guide them to their destinations. * Facilitate general patient access, and when necessary with prison escort, to ensure correct routing to the scheduled department. * Control vehicle access, recording required information on forms, ensuring authorized personnel gain entry and are directed to the desired location. * Release keys and open doors, completing specific forms to ensure key control. * Monitor entry and exit of equipment per departmental protocol to prevent institutional asset loss. * Activate and deactivate external monitoring alarms using individual passwords to detect potential intrusion attempts.
