Support for end-user device and information security projects **Job \| Mid-Level IT Support Analyst** We are looking for a **Mid-Level IT Support Analyst** to provide technical support to users and maintain the technology environment at our **Sorocaba** site. The position is responsible for ensuring the proper operation of equipment, systems, and software used daily, as well as contributing to continuous improvements in the IT infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain equipment and software used by end users * Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and systems * Monitor the IT environment (servers, networks, equipment, and systems) * Diagnose technical issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions * Manage and track incidents using a ticketing system * Support projects related to end-user devices (endpoints) * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Ensure information security best practices and data integrity * Support software license management and implementation of new technologies * Train users and support the correct use of tools and systems **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience * Knowledge of end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices) * Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and administration of Microsoft tools * Experience with networking, telecommunications, and cabling infrastructure * Experience installing and supporting network printers and scanners Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance
