Production Assistant

Description

We are seeking dynamic, organized, and quality-focused professionals to join our manufacturing team. We have opportunities across various stages of our production process. Below are the main responsibilities for each department: **Finishing:** You will be responsible for performing and inspecting cutting, fraying, measuring, packaging, and labeling of fabrics, laces, and tulle. Your tasks will include continuous product quality monitoring, correction of any defects, weighing and organizing pieces into cages, and adjusting racks according to operational standards. **Weaving:** Your mission will be to support machine operations in fabric manufacturing, monitoring equipment performance in the aisles. You will be responsible for threading yarns through the front bar, immediately stopping machinery upon yarn breakage, completing production records, and reporting defects. **Warping:** You will prepare machinery by replacing bobbins in warper cages, arranging yarns, cleaning, and setting up roquets. You will also assist in tension measurement, threading yarns up to the first reed, and fully threading the machine setup, ensuring flawless transfer of yarn to weaving. **Dyeing:** You will provide operational support for various departmental tasks, with direct focus on assisting and operating essential equipment such as foulard, turbo, and rama machines. **ETE (Effluent Treatment Station):** You will operate the filter press, connecting the suction hose to the clarifier to transfer sludge via vacuum. You will perform sludge cake demolding, bagging and handling of solid sludge material, control the compressed air compressor, and carry out technical cleaning of the pneumatic pump and filter press. **General Requirements:** For all positions, maintaining order, preservation, and cleanliness of machinery and the work environment is essential.
