Job Summary: Lead and manage HR routines, including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, and support to managers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic support to managers and employees Position: Human Resources Supervisor Location: Sorocaba – Ipanema Company: Max Atacadista Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: Business hours (Monday to Saturday) Responsibilities: * Lead the HR department routines at the unit; * Manage operational and administrative Recruitment & Selection processes; * Conduct onboarding of new employees; * Monitor HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, etc.); * Support managers in people management-related requests; * Manage electronic timekeeping, medical certificates, and documentation; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation; * Serve as liaison between employees and headquarters. Requirements: * Prior experience in HR, preferably in retail or wholesale; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of HR administration routines; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving orientation. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in supermarkets or wholesale retail; * Knowledge of HR metrics and conflict management.
