Administrative support and cost control **Facilities Analyst \# 1147** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in coordinating and supervising external suppliers (cleaning, security, maintenance, landscaping, telecommunications, vehicle fleets, and other services), ensuring contracted services are delivered as specified. Support scheduling of preventive and corrective building maintenance activities and monitor on-site execution. Provide administrative support, including: cost spreadsheet control, report preparation, monitoring of invoices and service contracts. Assist in procurement processes related to building infrastructure, including material quotations and inventory control of supplies.
