So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers. **Job Purpose** --------------- Support the Operational Excellence team through the development of advanced analytical solutions, ensuring data integration across various systems (EDS, EDI, APIs, and databases) and the creation of strategic Power BI dashboards. The professional will be responsible for transforming data into accessible and relevant information, enabling evidence-based decision-making and contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ Analytical Development and KPIs: Design, maintain, and enhance advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring performance, security, and data governance. Develop efficient data models, including DAX, Power Query, and BI best practices. Automate data workflows to reduce manual effort and improve information reliability.Data Integration and EngineeringManage and develop integrations via EDS, EDI, APIs, SQL, and other required connectors. Extract, transform, and load (ETL/ELT) data from multiple sources into analytical environments. Build stable and well-documented data pipelines.Decision SupportWork closely with business areas to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Provide data-driven analyses, insights, and recommendations to support process improvements.Data Governance, Quality, and SecurityEnsure integrity and consistency of data consumed by dashboards and integrations. Maintain functional and technical documentation for developed solutions. Adhere to corporate data standards, compliance, and security requirements.Relationship Management and Continuous Improvement CultureCollaborate with teams such as Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering. Support Lean, Six Sigma, CBS\+ and other initiatives. Champion the adoption and dissemination of a data-driven culture. **Experience Required** ----------------------- Proficiency in Power BI (advanced DAX, Power Query, tabular modeling). Experience with integrations (EDS, EDI, REST/JSON APIs). Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle or similar). Experience with ETL/ELT and handling large volumes of data. Desirable experience with Python or data automation tools. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields. Proactive problem identification and solution anticipation. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts simply. Analytical, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
