For us, the customer is our purpose; by providing exceptional care, we ensure the company’s long-term sustainability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate execution of all construction phases in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards. * Monitor the physical and financial project schedule, ensuring adherence to deadlines and established targets. * Supervise field teams, assigning tasks, guiding activities, and ensuring productivity and workplace safety. * Control the use of materials, equipment, and tools to prevent waste and preserve company assets. * Support the procurement department in material requisitions and outsourcing service contracts, monitoring deliveries and quality. * Perform contractor measurements and verify measurement reports with technical and administrative teams. * Enforce compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental (OHSE and NR) regulations on site. * Support engineering teams in resolving technical issues and implementing construction process improvements. * Maintain constant communication with engineers, foremen, and managers to update project status and adjust planning as needed. * Ensure site organization and cleanliness according to company standards. * Supervise infrastructure works (drainage, paving, electrical and hydraulic networks), ensuring quality and safety; * Coordinate landscape execution, including planting, irrigation, urban furniture, and external finishes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong organizational skills; * Proactive approach to tasks; * Experience planning and monitoring construction schedules; * Ability to coordinate teams effectively; * Proficiency in construction management and production tracking systems (e.g., Protheus, Sienge, Fluig or similar); * Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook) for reporting and controls; * Strong interpersonal skills (oral and written communication); * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Willingness to work 100% on-site in Porto Feliz; * Minimum two years of experience in this role. **Additional Information** Meal Voucher | Health Insurance | Dental Insurance | Life Insurance | Transportation Voucher | Parking | Zenklub | TotalPass With extensive expertise in large-scale mixed-use developments, JHSF has delivered nationally recognized landmarks such as Parque Cidade Jardim in São Paulo.
