Job Summary:
The Yard Supervisor is responsible for managing the truck yard to ensure operational fluidity and safety, safeguarding vehicle preservation and compliance with procedures.

We are seeking a Yard Supervisor to manage truck yard usage to ensure fluidity and prevent accidents.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform vehicle inspections and release upon arrival and departure from trips, ensuring preservation and identifying maintenance needs.
* Execute pre-driver-change checklists, verifying damages, documentation, fire extinguishers, and other items required by operational procedures.
* Guide vehicle maneuvers for fueling, maintenance, and dock positioning, ensuring operational demand fulfillment.
* Organize truck movement within the yard to promote fluidity and prevent accidents.
* Strictly comply with policies, regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the Code of Conduct, safeguarding the company’s image and serving as a role model for other employees.
* Preserve company assets, equipment, tools, and documents, ensuring organization and availability.
* Contribute to a positive organizational climate through cooperation, mutual respect, and trust.
* Provide support, guidance, and training to less-experienced professionals, sharing knowledge.
* Pursue continuous development by participating in courses, projects, and feedback sessions to enhance technical and interpersonal skills.
* Perform related tasks as required, always focusing on results and operational safety.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**Academic Background**
* High school diploma.
**Professional Experience**
* Minimum 12 months in this or related roles.
**Specific Knowledge**
* Microsoft Office – Intermediate level
* Customer Service – Intermediate level
* Administrative routines in Fleet Department – Intermediate level
