Follow hygiene and food safety regulations The bar and restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Campo Grande (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation according to the menu. Sanitize, cut, and sort ingredients. Support plating and portioning. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and utensils. Wash dishes, pots, and equipment as needed. Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage. Restock ingredients used in production. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Support the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
